TC 10K & TC 5K participants may place their gear and other items in the clear, plastic race bag provided at packet pick up. On Saturday gear check can only be dropped off at the State Capitol Grounds in the clear, plastic bag given at packet pick up. Items in other bags will not be accepted.
Medtronic TC 10 Mile participants may place their gear and other items in the clear, plastic race bag provided at packet pick up. Gear check drop-off will be available ONLY at Expo near packet pick up. Items in personal bags will not be accepted.
NOTE: Gear check drop-off will NOT be available at the start area on Sunday.

The Expo is located on the lower level of the Saint Paul RiverCentre at 175 West Kellogg Blvd St. Paul, MN 55102.
You will need your race number (emailed the week of September 30) and a photo ID to pick up your packet at the Health & Fitness Expo. The Help Desk located in the packet pickup area is staffed by individuals available to help you with registration related issues. There are also two “Race Number Look Up” tables located near the packet pick up entrance.

Parking for Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Weekend participants and spectators is available the Centennial Parking Ramp located just east of Cedar Street.

Parking is available in Orange, Green, Blue and Purple ramps at no charge to participants and spectators.

Be aware of heigh restrictions at the Green, Blue and Purple ramps (6'4" maximum height).

There are no height restrictions at the Orange Ramp.

Please be aware of event related road closures in the area and adhere to 'No Parking' signs.

Vehicles violating city regulations will be ticketed and vehicles on the course will be towed.

New this year there is free parking available on a first come, first served basis at St. Paul College lots.

Access to the lots are available off Concordia Ave or Marshall Ave via Dayton Ave to Louis St.

The Marion St. exit from eastbound 94 is closed both Saturday and Sunday before and during Marathon Weekend events.

Marathon and 10 Mile Participant Buses
Like previous years, we will have free participant buses for Marathon participants and 10 Mile participants, including rides to the start line from St. Paul and rides from the finish line returning back to the start line area in Minneapolis and to the InterContinental in downtown St. Paul.

Public Transportation
All registered athletes for Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Weekend will have access to ride the Blue Line Light Rail and Green Line Light Rail at no charge on Saturday, October 5 and Sunday, October 6. To redeem, riders will show their race bib for admission onto the light rail.

10K finishers are expected to complete the course at a pace of 16-minutes-per-mile or faster.

5K finishers are expected to complete the course at a pace of 25-minutes-per-mile or faster.
Medtronic TC 10 Mile

All Medtronic TC 10 Mile participants must complete the course by 2:20 P.M.

Lactation Support
For all of our nursing and pumping parents, we see you and we are thrilled to be able to support your feeding and running journeys!

The Pumpspotting Team will be at the Finish Area with Barb, The Breast Express Bus, to serve as nursing and pumping support, space, and safe milk storage for all athletes and volunteers on both Saturday and Sunday of Marathon Weekend.

For Sunday Events, a lactation room will be available at the start line at Red Lake Nation College (where the VIP area is located). All milk and personal equipment will be safely stored and transported to the Breast Express Bus at the finish.

Twin Cities In Motion celebrates all runners and walkers - whatever your pace. The Runtourage exists to provide a supportive and enthusiastic presence for our back of the pack participants. Friends and family are welcome to come to the race, bring a motivational sign, and watch and cheer on participants! As always, please be respectful of private property and do not enter the race course. Pedestrians are permitted to cross the course at intersections where race officials are present to direct foot traffic.
