The Runtourage
A Friendly Face to Share Your Pace

TCM Runtourage
Twin Cities In Motion celebrates all runners and walkers - whatever your pace!
The Runtourage exists to provide a supportive and enthusiastic presence for our back of the pack participants. Look for our Runtourage volunteers toward the end of our races and the last 8 miles of the marathon! If you see them, be sure to give them a high five!

“I didn’t start running until I was in my 40s, and the one thing that turned it from a bucket list into a passion is the amazing runners I’ve met along the way."

Caspar Norris
“Unfortunately, it's too common to see those at the back of the pack receive the least moral support and that's a gap I believe Runtourage fills. If we can support even one mover in achieving their race day goals where they otherwise might not have, then we've all won.”

Greta Bakken-Miller
“Every runner deserves to be celebrated, no matter their pace. The Runtourage is here to support and cheer you on!”

“I love seeing people meet their goals and to help remind people that your pace doesn't define you - it's about finding joy in the adventure.”

Erin Strot
"I've fully embraced the term ‘party pace’ and want to bring my energy and fun to help others stay motivated to achieve their goal!”

Linda McKee
"There is a place in this sport for everyone who wants to lace up, and I don't know that I would still be running if it wasn't for the support of my friends (and friendly strangers) reminding me of that."
