Basic Strength for the Runner

Learn 5 body weight exercises that you can do at home to improve your strength and help your running. Some progressions with exercise bands will also be included. This program will be led by Kristen Gerlach, PT, PhD.
Kristen is a passionate Physical Therapist with a PhD in Exercise Science. She brings a unique blend of academic knowledge & hands-on experience to help you achieve your running goals. With a running career that spans 51 marathons, she has personally navigated the ups & downs of training.
