Yoga and Meditation for Runners
WEDNESDAY, MAY 7 @ 6 - 7:30 P.M.
Join Hope Lockett for yoga and meditation for runners!
This class will be focused on breathwork, poses and meditation that support new and experienced runners. Poses will help with strength, flexibility and mobility. Modifications will be provided. There will be calming music with affirmations and encouragement as we breathe and move together.
This session will be co-hosted by lululemon and led by their local ambassador, Hope. Hope's certifications include: Registered Yoga Teacher, Trauma Informed Yoga Certified, Yoga alliance member, and CPR certified.
Please bring a mat for this program.
